- Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may lead to trip cancellation.
- Verification and Boarding:
- Valid government ID verification is mandatory before boarding. No boarding will be entertained without a valid ID.
- Booking Transfers:
- Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only names mentioned at the time of confirmation are allowed to travel.
- Passport Validity:
- For international travel, ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the intended travel date. Hopping Hawks is not responsible for issues arising from invalid passports.
- Refunds and Inclusions:
- No refunds for unavailed inclusions. Clients are responsible for their belongings; management is not liable for damage or loss.
